You can check the voucher value on the redeem page here. Note that the fiat value will vary as it is connected with the current crypto price.
How can I redeem my voucher?
Your voucher can be redeemed on http://redeem.geeftly.com/ directly to your crypto wallet or bank account. Note that you will need the voucher code. Alternatively you can scan the bar code and redeem directly from your mobile device.
How can I transfer a voucher?
The voucher is not associated with a specific person and it can be transferred. Any person who has the code can redeem it.

How can I order more than one cryptocurrency?
You cannot order more than one cryptocurracny in one voucher at the moment. You have to choose either of those: Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Cardano, Stellar, Ripple and Litecoin.
Is the crypto an investment?
Crypto is a way to hold value similar to gold and real money. From this perspective it could be considered as an investment. However as it is highly volatile and it is a very risky investment.
Do I pay more than the current value of the crypto?
You pay the exact price of the crypto asset based on a live connection to our exchange partner Coinbase. We do include a handling fee for the service provided. This is described in the terms and conditions section here.

How secure is the gift card and its value?
The value of the card is linked with the cryptocurrency embedded in it. Thus the card value is linked to the fluctuation of the selected cryptocurrency price. The crypto amount is stored in selected exchange partners with proven security and funds insurance. The card is secured with a unique barcode, which could be used to redeem the voucher.
How can I return an item?
